Title: The Eclectic Simple Coven
Post by: vordan on October 02, 2009, 07:51:34 AM
A circle of friends with respect for variations of belief but with fellowship and communion is what we created. Almost a solitary circle but one with structure intiations and degrees. That is my tradition, we follow the wheel of the year together but encourage the members to work upon their own spirituality. Magic is employed in many rituals as a form of prayer and reflection. Everyone who involves themselves for a long period of time in the group becomes a better person over time.  Every circle we form as a group is open to those who would join us in peace and sincerity. The trouble makers and pretenders simply come once or twice and never come back, for there is nothing there for them.

Hey, as long as it works, it's all good.

What works for one may not work for another. If it works for you and your group, then you are on the right track, IMO.

Yep!

My coven is "semi" Gardenarian.  What I mean is we adhear to alot of the structure and the degree systems but we also are slightly ecclectic.  For instance, we do not go skyclad in group, and we sometimes adjust things to fit the needs of those in the coven.
