Can you see in UV?
« on: February 20, 2014, 08:57:16 AM »

Supposedly an explanation of some strange dog and cat behavior, it's not an explanation. This does NOT explain why cats especially get "'spooked' by nothing at all.", or attack things we cannot see- unless these scientists are trying to break it to us that there are things that cannot be seen in the visible spectrum, like the monster in Bierce's "The Damned Thing" http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2562951/Cats-dogs-sixth-sense-UV-vision-scientists-dont-know-use-it.html

It may explain why some animals can see so well at night, but not behavior.  Anyone who spends any time working with animals knows that they are much more sensitive to energies than most humans.  I can even predict, within about 30 minutes, when our cat and dog will be most playful based on the Earth's magnetic field fluctuations.  But scientists need to have something provable and things like fae or other entities cannot be tested in a lab so it's unlikely that (even if they do believe in such things) they'd ever acknowledge that there are things humans can't sense that animals can.
