 Good Luck to you, it's not as hard as you may think. Just do it.

(I quit 2 years ago, and now I can smell smoke on people not even close to me. And I think OMG I used to smell like that!)

People who quit are by far worse than people who never smoked at all.... :gaah: when it comes to the smell ect!
