Title: Candlemaking.

..is hard. Been working on it a while now and it's easy to get the basics but some of the designs I see on Etsy make me go  :omg:

Have you tried your hand at making oil lamps? It's far easier, and I find more useful in ritual and magic work. The olive or other oils can be infused with any herbs or other influences for a spell.

Have you tried ice candles? The effects are pretty cool without lots of effort. I like to fill the holes left in the candle by the ice with another color wax.

I was going to try the ice effect today!

And I have used oil lamps but I' actually designing candles for sale as well. I have one that takes you through a meditation in smell. Goes from pine, to dirt, to ocean spray. All very natural smelling things burned in a short period for a spiritual journey.
