Yesterday at work I was having computer problems, email links that didn't work, and various and sundry other technological and communication problems. That doesn't bode well for the rest of Mercury's retrograde period that actually starts tomorrow... :worried:

It'll be okay, Mercury isn't really moving backwards.

Honestly, I've never been able to tell a difference. I think everyone believes it will screw up stuff, so it does.

Ha ... and then some.
I was driving home for lunch to check on the pup and couldn't figure out why the hell people were being sooo stupid on the road. Until I looked at the calendar.
I'm with Tir, this bad already (Mercury doesn't go retrograde until about 5pm EDT tomorrow) doesn't bode well. :omg:

I was feeling poorly, so I took my temperature, and it said 72degrees!! WTF, I thought- then it struck me... of course, the mercury is retrograde!

Usually, I forget about it being in retrograde until something bad happens. Kinda like PMS. I realize what is wrong with me after I bite someones head off...

Can I just say that I am ready for this retrograde to be done? We are running behind on a multimillion dollar project due to communication problems. We were supposed to be done today but now it appears that it may not get finished until after the retrograde. And here is a list of other failures I have experienced in the last week.
1. My apartment thermostat malfunctioned causing the heat to run full blast. I woke up Tuesday to a sweltering 80 degrees and rising.
2. Took the daughters car to the shop to have a minor tuneup. Turned into a major tuneup and a new brake rotor.
3. My car AC is acting wonky like the heat was stuck on there too. Took it to the shop to get it checked out and it was fine. Of course.
4. My personal cell phone stopped working due to a "network error" on my account.
5. And last, but not least. My hard drive is failing on the work computer. It is making occasional grinding noises and trying to dump physical memory and saying there is not a boot disk present. I have to send it to Chicago to get it replaced because we don't have local IT. Did I mention I am in the middle of a multimillion dollar proposal? I am backing up my documents and emailing them to myself as I work. So I can use a loaner computer if necessary. What a pain.
