wands, altars, etc

Ok so I have seen and was curious where I can find info about wands,alters and chalice what there many uses are? I am very interested in learning about them and how they can work in my life. I only use stones and some herbs at the moment but would really like to expand.

All the things that you mentioned are tools that help up focus our will. I would also recommend reading and am sure the book recommended by ES would be a good place to start.
