Some traditions celebrate Esbats with particular moon names.  Here are the names I've used in my practice.  Feel free to add others.

January - Wolf Moon         
February - Storm Moon      
March - Chaste Moon
April - Seed Moon      
May - Hare Moon   
June - Dyad Moon
July - Mead Moon
August - Wyrt Moon
September - Barley Moon
October - Blood Moon   
November - Snow Moon   
December - Oak Moon

Cherokee
January - Cold Moon         
February - Bony Moon   
March - Windy Moon
April - Flower Moon      
May - Planting Moon      
June - Green Corn Moon
July - Ripe Corn Moon
August - Fruit Moon
September - Nut Moon
October - Harvest Moon      
November - Trading Moon

Ah, thanks for making up an easily comprehensible list of the Esbat names for the moons and sharing it with us. I haven't written up a list yet, but I definitely want to include a list of the Esbats in my BoS once I've begun fleshing it out.
