Passed today, Monday, September 14, 2009 after a 20 month endurance with pancreatic cancer.

Rest in Peace, baby.

I cant watch the stories.  It reminds me too much of Dad.  His death from pancreatic cancer was horrible.

I was impressed how he always did well to keep his private life private and how he remained married to the same woman for so many years. I felt bad that the media managed to publicize his illness so much. I will always remember him in Dirty Dancing. "Nobody puts Baby in a corner." My hubby's favorite was Roadhouse, of course. May he rest in peace.  :candle:

I watch movies that interest me, entertain me and are well done, not because of the names of the actors that are in them. That I have seen almost all of his films for the above reasons, speaks for itself. I think the world will miss him.

My mom loved Patrick Swayze. Every movie he was in, she loved watching it. He died too young. RIP Patrick! You died too young!
