Title: Finally got a place of our own!
Post by: AmberRaven on February 09, 2010, 04:24:49 PM: Thank the lord and lady we will be out of my mothers house and away from her crazy butt come beginning of june!

My friend is renting me her house. She is disabled and her fiance left her so she cant afford her house anymore (its technically her moms but she was paying the mortgage). So her mom agreed to let her rent it out to us for 650 dollars a month. She is going to get an apartment that is maintenance free (another thing she cant do anymore).

So we will have a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom finished basement house with a detached 2 car garage, privacy fenced yard and a nice deck! for 650 a month!

I'll be moving close to where Fox lives! YAY! Finally all my prayers and candle lightings have been answered! I cant rent anything here in a decent neighborhood for that price!

Then she calls me yesterday and said "my mom brought over a rental agreement for you and MIke to sign" she said she found an apartment to fit her needs and she's moving in beginning of may.

But we are taking possesion in may and will move when school ends. That gives us a month to get it cleaned up
