Here is a link to an article I read on a website. It was written about Pagans from a Christian. Not sure it will help those who don't understand Pagans, but there are some things he mentions that is very interesting...especially to one that has changed their path from Christian to Pagan.

Crystal Dragon:
The article really is more specifically about Wiccans, at least he mentions Wiccans specifically, though a Pagan is mentioned from the perspective of a story in the Bible.  It's great that he is attempting to open the eyes of some of his brethren, but I doubt that many pagans would agree with his assessment of who we worship. ;)
