Title: That one stick of incense!

I generally burn nag champa around the house for aesthetic reasons. Every box I get, there is always one (or maybe two) stick that just won't stay lit!

It will smoke for a few seconds and then quietly extinguish itself. Ahh, I'll just pull out and light another!

I'm vindictive. I'll grab a hunk of charcoal, light it and crumble the stick onto it. No stick of incense is going to get off THAT easily.

I have never had a problem with stick incense not burning that I can recall.  I have been purchasing my incense from one particular place for years though.

I love the smell of nag champa, but every time I buy it, the smoke is so tarry and thick, it stains EVERYTHING. Is that just the kind of incense? Or does all nag champa do that?

I have to admit the silly part of my brain saw "nag" and thought this -> :blah: Maybe that is why the smoke stains, haha.
